In general when someone has deep knowledge and affection towards his/her surrounding then only he/she can use the skills/quality to be a good Social Activist or Public Servent.
EVS study makes the students a loyal human being as well as a honest citizen. To be a good human is more important than that of a higher educated one' I think emphasis should be given in primary stage mostly on understanding the usefulness of environment and the society in our life.
